'The Loan Quote' not only aids in deciding on payment confort, but it shows either 'Cash for Closing' if a purchase, or 'Bills to be Paid'

if a refinance all on the first page.  The second page shows an amortization scheudle and 'Savings Analysis' or time value of money.
